Speedway Group (Pakistan) Ltd (SGPL) was incorporated
in Karachi, Pakistan under section 32 of the Companies Ordinance
1984, on the 6th day of Sept. 2002 with an authorized capital
of Pak Rupees 100 Million and Paid Up Capital Rs.30 million
(USD 500,000) & expected to be increased to 100 M (USD
1.695 M) . It was issued the certificate of commencement of
business under section 146(2) of the Companies Ordinance on
the 13th day of Sept. 2002.
The main business of the company is manufacturer, distributor,
consultant, importers, exporters, agents, representatives,
specialists, contractors, both in public and private sectors
and suppliers of all sorts and type of farm chemicals such
as fertilizer, Tin Plate, Oil, Ghee, Cement, Atta, Grains,
Rice, Wheat, Sugar, Fruits, and Vegetables, Scraps of all
types, Bitumen, Furnace Oil, Chemicals and Petrochemical products.
